button downloads your e-transcripts whenever needed anywhere in
the world. Checking your calendar for scheduled depositions or
your current account balance is just as easy. It’s faster than
a phone call and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
It’s also secure. Your firm’s
information is accessible only by authorized persons using
assigned passwords and user IDs. Unauthorized persons
never get beyond the front door.
This comprehensive service is available
to any attorney or firm scheduling depositions with
Accurate Vision, Inc. It’s included in the cost of your
transcript, and you can download multiple copies of a
transcript at no additional cost.
Subpoena
Our subpoena service includes thorough
research, preparation of legal documents, long-distance phone calls
where necessary, delivery of Notice of Intention to all attorneys
of record, notary fees, custodian appointment scheduling,
taking of depositions, delivery of records and filing of
Certificate of Officer.
Affidavit by Authorization
Includes all research to locate records,
and can be ordered in either admissible or inadmissible formats.
Affidavit of No Record
Includes complete and thorough research
to confirm that no records are available, preparation of all
documents, long-distance telephone calls where necessary,
delivery of Notice of Intention to all attorneys of record,
notary fees, postage, binding, copy costs and filing of
Certificate of Officer with the court.
Copying of Records
Our copy charge includes copy work and
numbering of pages. Date stamping can be omitted if requested.
Our rates are extremely competitive.
Custom Binding
We will bind and tab your records
pursuant to your request. We offer three-ring binders,
top spiral binding, top two-hole punch or rubber bands.
X-Rays
All x-rays are individually sleeved to
maintain film integrity.
CD-ROM Imaging/Archiving
All records can be imaged and burned onto
a CD-ROM upon request.
